[Features]
・ Large valve capacity and small exhaust resistor
・ Easy to switch between N.C. and N.O.
・ With the switching plate, it can be used for both N.C. and N.O. without changing the port
・ It can be used in vacuum or low pressure
・ There is no limit to the mounting posture
