Clamping Screw SCSS-VR/VF (SCSS-M5X20-VR)
For securing workpieces in vacuum devices and vacuum chambers, such as those on FPD production equipment and semiconductor production equipment, etc.
● The thin fluorine coating keeps the ball highly lubricated, even after cleanroom washing.
● Ventilation holes and grooves easily release gas trapped in machines.
● SCSS-VR has a full ball to firmly secure workpieces at the contact point.
● The contact surface of SCSS-VF is a flat ball. Does not damage the workpiece. The ball flexibly rotates up to 9 degrees. Clamps securely even on sloped surfaces.
