Cell Panel Fastener (PSS-M5-1-SUS)
A fastener that can be used for a wide range of sheet metal housings.
[Features]
· When press-fitted, the hexagonal flange portion distorts the substrate and causes it to flow into the tapered section.
· This produces a strong pushing force that enables high torque at the hexagonal section to be achieved.
· Stainless steel screws can be embedded into aluminum sheets using a regular pneumatic or hydraulic press.
· No special tools required.
· After embedding, there is no protrusion from either the top or bottom surface of the aluminum sheet.
