Small Hot Air Generator
High-Temperature Fluid Heater
High-temperature heating of gases such as air, up to 800°C. A revolutionary high temperature hot air generator that changes the heating area of gas burners, etc. A safe and clean hot air generator more compact than the conventional products, providing quick temperature rise/fall and excellent responsiveness.
[Features]
· Discharges high temperature in a short time.
· Unlike the conventional hot air generators, the gas generator is separate and the heater is extremely compact.
· Incredibly safe and clean because it does not combust or produce flames.
· Temperature can be adjusted through three factors: voltage, air volume, and distance from workpiece.
· The heat source supports ceramic machining of special elements with quartz glass. A heater with very little heat load has thus been realized.
· Highly heat resistant quartz glass is used for the hot air vent.
· Three types are available to suit the shape and mounting methods of items being heated.
· By combining with a temperature controller, the blowing direction of hot air can be set as desired.
· Non-standard shapes, voltages, and capacities are available, as are irregular shapes.
[Notes]
· Be sure to check ventilation when applying voltage. Never use without ventilation.
· After turning the power to the product off, wait at least 3 minutes before turning off the ventilation for safety. After that, confirm that the temperature of the hot air is 50°C or less and stop the air blow.
· The main body uses quartz glass, so do not apply impacts.
· When using, the main body and case will become hot, so never touch with bare hands. Burns may result.
