Specific gravity is approximately 60% of that of stainless steel. It also has excellent chemical resistance and especially seawater resistance.
Since titanium is non-magnetic, it can be used for equipment requiring non-magnetic properties such as electronic equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, medical equipment, etc.
