[Features]
● Higher spring constant than metal springs and rubber cushions with excellent spring force.
● High repulsion allows for smaller size, and the number used can also be reduced.
● Can be placed in a narrow spaces and installation time is reduced to improve productivity.
● When used as a die, one minute is long enough for spin finishing, reducing the time required for die grinding.

Features
●Has a higher mechanical spring constant than metal mechanical spring and rubber cushion, and it is excellent in spring-out force.●The size can be reduced in order to produce high repulsive force, and the number used can be reduced.
●Can be set in a narrow space, the installation time is shortened, it helps productivity improvement.
●When used as dies, 1 minute is enough to do the centering, enables to less time for grinding die and mold.
