MHSA-Approved Rubber Periphery Oil Seals With Spring and Auxiliary Lip (MHSA25X47X8)

1. Contributes to weight reduction, size reduction and the saving of resources
More compact with a smaller seal width, but retains sealing performance.
It is useful for lightweight and compact machines, which saves on resources.
2. Optimal lip structure to ensure high sealing performance
Uses line contact lip type with appropriate tension.
Demonstrates superb sealing properties at low torques without sacrificing tracking properties or eccentricity resistance.
3. Rubber material of high self-lubrication properties, which leads to low heat generation and long life
The rubber materials of the oil seal are highly self-lubricating based on research that has been carried out over many years and professional experience, and the materials inhibit chemical changes, such as hardening, softening, and aging.
Excellent durability and heat resistant even under high peripheral speed with a long lifespan.
4. High sealing ability and long life span due to hydro dynamic rib
(Perfect seal, helix seal and super helix seal)
Oil seal sealing performance and life span have improved rapidly with the special spiral screw that has been installed in one or both directions (hydro dynamic rib).
