MHS Type Peripheral Rubber Oil Seal Spring (MHS65X82X10)
1. Contributing to weight reduction, size reduction, and resource saving. More compact with a smaller seal width, but retains sealing performance. Useful for lightweight, compact, resource saving in machines.
2. Optimal lip structure to ensure high sealing performance. Uses line contact lip type with appropriate tension. Demonstrates superb sealing properties at low torques without sacrificing tracking properties or eccentricity resistance.
3. Rubber material of high self-lubrication property, achieving low heat generation and long life. The rubber materials of the oil seal have high self-lubrication developed with research and years of experience, and inhibit chemical changes such as hardening, softening, and aging. Excellent durability, and heat resistant even under high peripheral speed with a long lifespan.
4. High sealing ability and long lifespan thanks to the hydro-dynamic rib. Perfect seal, helix seal, and super helix seal. Oil seal sealing performance and lifespan improved with the special spiral screw installed in one or both directions (hydro-dynamic rib).
