Rare Metal Screw (RMS) Alloy601 (Inconel 601) Flat Washer
[All items available in single quantities] ALLOY601 is described as a heat-resistant alloy, having excellent durability in the presence of combustion products and high-temperature gases in excess of 550 °C (1022 °F), corrosion resistance against molten salts and metals, and good short-term and long-term mechanical characteristics. Even under extremely harsh conditions such as repeated heating and cooling cycles, ALLOY601 maintains a firmly adhered oxide film which will not detatch easily.
Good resistance to carbonization. In addition, if the partial pressure of oxygen is high enough, ALLOY601 also stands up well in carbonitriding conditions.
