It is a fastening part, an alternative to bolts, that allows single-action attachment/detachment of attachments and replacement of jigs involving switching equipment models.
It is one of the best product when you want to minimize flapping.
The wedge pushes the ball out and hits the tapered surface inside the case, pulling the plate in.

·No tools needed: Anyone can easily tighten it.
·Fixed with single-action: single-action switching between clamp and unclamp.
·Fixed with the same strength no matter who does: It eliminates the variation in tightening force among personnel.
·Easy to see ON/OFF: You can tell at a glance by the direction of the knob whether it is fixed or not.

- * This button lock clamper is used with the dedicated case.
- QCWE and QCWE-S will be switched sequentially from February 2021 as soon as the current specifications are out of stock.
·Changed the main body ON-OFF printing from printing to laser marking
·Changed the main body material from S45C electroless nickel plating to SUS303
