Bimetallic Disc Temperature Control Trap TB9N Type (TB9N-25)
[Features]
・ SCCV (Self Closing and Centering Valve) mechanism (): The valve is spherical and is not fixed to the shaft, but is designed to be held with some play left, right, front and back. Since the design structure holds the valve with play, even if the shaft slightly tilts due to the effect, etc., of condensed water when the valve is closed, the valve itself can flexibly close toward the center of the valve hole
・ QC (Quick-Close mechanism) mechanism (): When condensate flows from the inside of the trap body to the valve hole, the valve pushed down by the expansion force of the bimetal plate gradually closes the flow passage hole provided in the guide that shuts off the inside of the body and the valve hole. The valve gradually closes the flow passage hole, weakening the flow rate of the condensate passing through the valve opening, heats the bimetal more quickly, and promotes valve closing
・ Also available with convenient blow valve: There is also a type with a blow valve that removes scale and pipe dust that flows into and accumulates in the trap to the outside without disassembling the trap
・ If you would like to have a blow valve, please specify TB9BN-C or TB9BN-R
・ TB9BN-C can be used up to 0.98 MPa, and cock operation is easy
・ TB9BN-R can be used up to 1.6 MPa
