Diaphragm Type Steam Trap, DV1 Type
[Features]
・ Since a large capacity bypass valve is built-in, bypass piping is not required and the product and piping construction costs can be greatly reduced. You can shorten start-up, remove scale, and take emergency measures in case of temperature failure
・ The main body and essential materials are made of stainless steel and have excellent corrosion resistance
・ Condensate is discharged at a temperature lower than the saturation temperature, so there is no steam entrapment during operation
・ Due to the valve opening temperature characteristics that follow the saturation temperature, a wide pressure range can be used without adjustment. Air is discharged as well as condensate, which shortens the equipment startup time
・ With a simple and compact design, the number of parts is small and maintenance and inspection is easy. It can be installed in a small space and can be used vertically or horizontally

・ Suitable for food / bio equipment, small heat exchanger / tank heating, steam main pipe / steam trace / cleaning equipment, etc.
