Combined Disc Type Steam Trap and Bypass Valve, SV-N Type (SV-8NF-25)
[Features]
・ A bypass circuit is formed inside the trap with a single handle operation due to the interior of the blow valve
・ By omitting bypass piping, piping material costs and labor costs can be reduced. Also, the construction period can be significantly shortened
・ The main part of the trap (cap, disc, seat) is unitized, and the newly designed cartridge can be easily replaced, so maintenance can be performed in a very short time
・ The main part of the trap is designed to keep warm by using the re-evaporated steam of condensate of drainage water, so there is no blanking of the disc and it has excellent durability
・ The automatic blow-off mechanism quickly discharges complex water in the early stages of ventilation, shortening the equipment start-up time. Also, there is almost no air obstruction during ventilation
