Ring Type Fitting Reducing Union for Copper Pipes
[Features]
· No need for any machining for the pipe part thanks to connection by ring (abacus ball).
· No need for special tool, flame, or joining agent since it is tightened with cap nuts.
· You can remove or remount easily even after usage for inspections or re-arrangements.
· Nickel plating is applied to the fitting, making it not just highly corrosion resistant, but also attractive.
· Space-saving, lightweight design with small outer diameter.
· Can be used with oil, water, air, etc.
· Can be used in fluid that does not corrode copper and brass.
· Because pressure completely seals the ring to the pipe via inner surface pressure, the product can withstand significant amounts of pressure (294 MPa; up to 0.97 MPa for resin pipes).
· The usage temperature range is -45° to 150°C for copper pipes, and 0° to 60°C for resin pipes.
