Miniature Slip Clutch MSC-SP Model (Part Numbers)
[Features]
·The mini-mini type, MSC-SP-1, is a slip clutch that can be used to separate overloads between two concentric shafts.
·Slip torque can be set and changed with a single hex wrench. If the M4 set screw in the center of the body is screwed in deeper, the slip torque will increase, and if it is shallower, the slip torque will decrease. The clockwise direction is the tight side, and the counterclockwise direction is the loose side.
·The internal pressure ball is pressed against the friction plate, and at this time, stable slip torque is obtained by the reaction force of the wave spring.
·When slipping, rotational energy becomes thermal energy and the surface becomes hot.
·backlash is zero
·Inner diameter is ⌀4 only
