・ NEW MEGA -ONE LA is a gas operated diaphragm valve for ultra-high purity fluids and flammable and toxic fluid lines for various semiconductor manufacturing equipment, facilities, etc.
・ A valve that achieves high airtightness, high durability, compactness, particle-free, and dead space-free with a direct diaphragm structure
・ While maintaining the performance of the conventional MEGA -ONE LA, the manufacturer has made it compact
(i)Caution
- Some of the items are scheduled to be discontinued as of end of March in 2023. The manufacturer keep the items produced but they are not available with Misumi.
