SNS Power Sheave 5V (560X5V-3)
JIS B1855 narrow width V-pulley dimensions adopted. Nominal diameters ø150 to 1000, groove no. 2 to 10. Intermediate sizing also standardized. Wide selection, for easy design. Material exceeds FC200 (large transmission capacity FC250)
[Features]
· JIS standard sizes in addition to a wide range of intermediate sizing standardized, with free selection of rotation ratio and shaft distance etc., for easy design.
· JIS B 1855 slim V-pulley dimensions adopted for interchangeability.
· Material exceeding FC200 (large transmission capacity FC250) used, with various dimensions displaying 100% performance for high precision, vibration, and balance.
· Compared with previous products (A.B.C.....shape), narrow width V belt (3W, 5V, 8V types), there are many advantages due to the very large transmission capacity of the belt, with high horsepower greatly reducing costs.
· Due to the compactness of the pulley, it can be used for low speed horsepower not possible due to large sizes with conventional products, and it is now possible to change the chain and gear transmission.
· Power sheave has enough strength to withstand.
· Since release, it has been used by many, so can be adopted with confidence.
· Band-power ACE, and power scrum are interchangeable even when used with groove guide wheels, and max wedge belt.
(i)Caution
- Some of the items are scheduled to be discontinued as of end of March in 2023. The manufacturer keep the items produced but they are not available with Misumi.
There are not the replacement items and the plan to resumption of sale. Please check the quotation and order screen for details.
