STB Bushing 11080 (STB11080X70-N)
Millimeter dimensions with no need to create shaft holes or key grooves.
[Features]
· The bushing is used as a part for tightening a shaft with any type of rotating body such as a pulley, gear, sprocket wheel, and coupling, and can be used to very easily attach or separate these types of rotating bodies and the shaft which leads to greatly reduced costs associated with processing, assembly, maintenance, and inspection to provide comprehensive cost benefits.
· Shaft hole key grooves have been machined into the bushing to provide benefits such as consistent accuracy and shortened delivery time.
· The STB bushing system covers all of these benefits and greatly contributes to saving labor and reducing total costs.
· It is easy to attach and remove the shaft, the positioning can be performed freely on the shaft, and eliminate fretting wear on the shaft due to the sturdy fastening with the shaft.
· Can be used without a key with light loads. Does not require a cover or set screw.
· Pulley replacement is easy and can be used as a substitute for a transmission.
· Can sufficiently increase the bushing vibration accuracy which provides peace of mind during use.
· Easy to design using millimeter dimensions.
· A design that is based on a bushing type used in the US and Europe.·
