Junflon High-Barrier PFA Tube (TAH100-20)
[Features]
・ Fluoropolymer tube with excellent barrier properties
・ Hybrid tube with fluoropolymer PFA for the inner layer and barrier fluoropolymer for the outer layer
・ The inner layer of the liquid wetted parts uses PFA for semiconductors and has high basic characteristics (purity, chemical resistance, non-adhesion, heat resistance) for semiconductor piping applications
・ Barrier fluoropolymer has excellent barrier properties against acids (hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, etc.) and ammonia
・ Suppresses acid permeation compared to conventional PFA tube piping
・ Reduces adverse environment to the surrounding environment
・ Maintains fluid transparency for a long time
・ Mechanical properties are equivalent to conventional PFA tubes
・ Manufactured in a clean environment that is consistently controlled from raw material input to molding and packaging
