TOMBO No. 9003-PFA HG NAFLON PFA-HG Tube
Tube made of fluorine resin (PFA-HG). The inner surface of PFA tubes can be smoothed so the tubes are optimal for use in semiconductor and LCD applications.
[Features]
▪ The tube inner surface is smooth (Rt = 0.2 μm).
▪ Reduces residual particles and chemicals.
▪ Improved transparency.
▪ Improved insulation resistance.
▪ Reduction of eluted fluorine ions.
▪ Improved stress cracking resistance in harsh environments (e.g. sulfuric acid hyperhydration, fuming sulfuric acid).
