Pressure Reducing Valve (for Air and Gas), GD-43-10 / GD-43-20 Series (GD-43-10-B-15A)
Saves on space and resources. Stainless steel is used for parts contacting liquid, fluoropolymer is used for fluid-contacting surfaces, and a special fluorine rubber is used for rubber parts to provide superior corrosion resistance and durability.
[Features]
Saves space and resources (makes separation and collection for resource recycling easy because materials are visible through the valve box and the lower cap).
· Stainless steel materials (SCS14A and SUS316) are used in liquid-contacting parts, increasing corrosion resistance.
· fluoropolymer is affixed to the liquid-contacting surface of the diaphragm, preventing deterioration due to liquids and providing superior corrosion resistance.
· A special fluorine rubber with superior corrosion resistance is used.
· A pressure-balancing valve structure ensures that the pressure on the secondary side is always kept constant without being affected by temporary side pressures.
· The GD-41 and 43 models feature sealed structures which do not allow external outflows even when the diaphragm is damaged.
· Safe fluorine grease is used on the O-ring.
· Can also withstand the above for cleaning and sterilization for the purpose of cleaning and sterilizing the system and the inside of piping.
· Pipes can be installed either horizontally or vertically.
(i)Caution
- Some of the items are scheduled to be discontinued as of end of March in 2023. The manufacturer keep the items produced but they are not available with Misumi.
