・ All materials other than valve discs, gaskets, check valves, check valve fitting are made of stainless steel
・ Wide operating pressure (0.01 to 1.0 MPa) gives stable displacement
・ Compact size allows installation in a small space
・ Excellent sealing performance because synthetic rubber is used for the valve disc
・ TA-16CVS makes it easy to connect any exhaust pipe by installing optional pipe connection parts
・ Since it has a check valve, it does not suck air even when the inlet side is under negative pressure
