Vaculeaner VCM-DF With Duster (VCM-DF)
[Features]
・ A large amount of secondary air is sucked in with a small amount of compressed air, and a large suction force is obtained
・ When the ball valve is closed, it blows away, and when it is opened, it sucks
・ Since compressed air is the power source and there are no rotating parts, there are few failures, and it is an explosion-proof type and safe
・ The passage circuit is cylindrical and has no roughness, so there is no worry of clogging inside
・ VCM-DF-1 can be used at any angle as the air pipe can be bent freely by hand.
[Applications]
・ Cleaning: Sucking and blowing off metal cutting chips, polishing powder, sand, sawdust, sewing thread waste, etc.
・ Collecting: Collecting barrel sand, sandblast sand, small parts, etc.
・ Cooling: Cooling molds, castings, forgings, welds, etc., and removing foreign objects by suction
