· DuPont™ Vespel ® that does not scratch the glass base, PBI & PEEK utilizing various engineering plastics.
· Maximum suppression of (dust) particle generation, ISB Equipped with unique cleaning technology.
· In addition to high precision machined ISC ball bearings, various new molded products achieving substantial cost reduction have been added to the line-up.
· Degreasing to match the usage environment is possible, from ISB cleaning to clean pack precision cleaning.
· A number of new products for use within environments exceeding 1,200°C and vacuum chambers have been added to the lineup, including various loaders and unloaders, optical measuring instruments that are adverse to light reflection, and mother glass cutting parts.
· Custom type products tailored to the user's specific application can be ordered.
