A fully-conical nozzle with a circular spray pattern and uniform flow distribution. A completely new concept for atomizing liquids through collision inflow without using a whirler. The passage aperture for allowing foreign objects to pass through is especially large.

[Features]
· A fully-conical nozzle with a circular spray pattern and uniform flow distribution.
· A completely new concept for atomizing liquids through collision inflow without using a whirler.
· Does not feature an integrated whirler. The flow inlet and spray outlet are both via a single hole, and the passage aperture for allowing foreign objects to pass through is especially large.
· Sprays perpendicularly to the direction of the inflow.
· A polyphenylene sulfide resin (PPS) injection molded product with excellent chemical and heat resistance is available for liquid chemical sprays, such as for hydrochloric acid, etc.

(i)Caution

  • Some of the items are scheduled to be discontinued as of end of March in 2023. The manufacturer keep the items produced but they are not available with Misumi.
    There are not the replacement items and the plan to resumption of sale. Please check the quotation and order screen for details.
