Standard pop nut with fastening function.
[Features]
· Copper-bronze rivet. No sputtering treatment such as with welding methods, and post-processing after fastening is unnecessary.
· Copper is used in the rivet body for superior conductivity, making it optimal for fastening electronic parts such as PCBs.
· Optimal for when the flange side workpiece material is soft or when the pilot hole diameter is large.
· Can be fastened with a lightweight fastening tool, so it does not become a burden even when working long hours.
· Fastening method does not generate sparks or dust and so does not impact the work environment. Also excellent in the automation of assembly lines.
[Applications]
· Used in all parts of electronic equipment where both fastening and conductivity functions are required. Often used in parts for bases.
