For high-pressure piping of all kinds of manufacturing/industrial/construction/injection-molding machinery, ships, aircraft, vehicles, rolling stock (construction and railroad vehicles), and chemical plants, etc.
[Features]
· Consists of three parts: a main body, a sleeve, and a nut.
· The structure has a thread cut on the outside of the fitting main body for accommodating and connecting to the end of the tubes. The inside is conical shaped with a straight base, which acts as a guide surface when the tube is inserted. The bottom of the tube insert hole has an opposite angle to the conical surface.
· This seals the outer tube wall to the surface the straight section at the base of the conical shape. As the nut at the of the tube is tightened, the sleeve moves forward deeper inside the angle as it compresses. As the tube moves further inside, it expands and creates the seal. This prevents the fluid from leaking.
