Pop Nut Standard Nut, Small Flange, Aluminum (Part Numbers)
Standard pop nut for attaching a nut to a workpiece with single side fastening.
[Features]
· Flange is smaller than normal, making compact mounting possible.
· Quick nut mounting is possible from a single side thanks to the compact dedicated tool.
· Even those using it for the first time can handle it with ease.
· Mounting is possible even after surface treatment, and can be done during the final assembly process of the product as the workpiece is not damaged.
· With the reduction in man-hours thanks to speedy single side fastening, total costs can be reduced compared to conventional construction methods such as weld-on nuts.
[Applications]
· The most versatile nut, it can be used for all sorts of general purpose products such as car ports, server racks, etc.
· Workpieces are used in aluminum. Can also be used for square pipe material.
