ZD Fitting Item Tees (ZD-BT-21/2B-W)
Maximum operating pressure: 2.5 MPa (steady flow of water at no more than 120°C or below), 1.0 MPa (steam, air, gas, and oil at no more than 300°C).
[Features]
· For the ZD fitting, the screw portion of the screw-on malleable cast iron pipe fitting has been coated with a fluorine polymer resin (as a sealant) and heat cured.
· There are two types: White type and Komacoat type (see screw type malleable cast iron fitting).
· Application of sealant and winding of sealing tapes that can be troublesome in jointing work are not required and the piping man-hours can be reduced.
· They provide stable sealing performance.
· Prevents rusting of screws that are stored for long periods.
