Coated fitting for fire extinguishing piping. For wet areas such as underground pipes, etc.
[Features]
· A sealing material is uniformly applied beforehand to the fitting screw part, so the inconvenience of applying a sealing material is not required, and the number of plumbing steps can be reduced.
· The screw torque is reduced by the lubricating effect of the sealing material, and it is less likely for screw galling to occur.
· The screw element is covered by the sealing material, so there is no concern of rust occurring during warehouse storage (only when a transparent rubber ring is used).
· The outer surface coating resin is transparent, so over screwing control is possible when screwing to a pipe.
· The outer surface coating resin is transparent, so operation can be performed while visually confirming the attachment status of the rubber ring.
· Vinyl chloride is not used in the resin material, so the product is safe for the environment and does not produce chlorine gas and dioxins, even when incinerated in an electric furnace.
