[Features]
・ Completely oil-free processed product.
・ Parts are washed and assembled in a cleanroom. No oil or grease is used even for the sealing material.
・ It uses the PushOne mechanism for tube connection.
・ No need of fixtures or tools to connect a tube.
・ The wetted parts are non-metallic.
・ Since fluids do not contact metal, there is no elution of metal ions.
・ It does not generate dust and has excellent non-contaminating properties.
・ Special polypropylene resin is used as a material.
・ Excellent inner surface smoothness.
・ It is an injection molded product and has the smooth inner surface.
・ Double clean packaging.
・ It is packed one by one in a cleanroom and then packed in a zipper seal bag.
・ The main body and thread section rotate.
・ The orientation of the elbow, tee, etc., can be decided when connecting the tubes.
(i)Caution
- Some of the items are scheduled to be discontinued as of end of March in 2023. The manufacturer keep the items produced but they are not available with Misumi.
There are not the replacement items and the plan to resumption of sale. Please check the quotation and order screen for details.
