6S Series SUS304 Stainless Steel Bearing (6S696B2RS)
Stainless steel bearings made from SUS304 are widely used as corrosion- and heat-resistant steel and also as nonmagnetic steel. Most suitable in corrosive environments where it is difficult to use conventional SUS440C stainless steel bearings.
[Features]
· Because the bearing uses SUS304 stainless steel, which is widely used as corrosion- and heat-resistant steel and also as nonmagnetic steel, it has superior corrosion resistance to the general bearing steel, SUJ2, and SUS440C stainless steel bearings.
· SUS304 stainless steel is used for the inner and outer rings, balls, cage, and shield.
· Nitrile rubber is used for the seal as standard, but fluorine rubber seals and other seals are also available upon request.
· A silicon nitride ceramic ball can also be accommodated.
· Heat resistant grease is used for the SMI sealed SUS304 stainless steel bearings.
· Depending on the demand or application, heat- and chemical-resistant fluorine grease, grease for food equipment, and other special greases are also available
(i)Caution
- Some of the items are scheduled to be discontinued as of end of March in 2023. The manufacturer keep the items produced but they are not available with Misumi.
