Molding Bellows MFO (KF Flange x Pipe)
Using our proprietary manufacturing methods, the number of ridges can be adjusted to suit your application. Connecting hardware is also processed and procured through our own network. These can all be joined with vacuum piping to provide greater design freedom.
[Features]
· The usual manufacturing method creates the predetermined number of ridges in a single run. However, we have developed a unique manufacturing method that allows the production of a number of ridges that can be selected according to the specifications. This allows us to offer products that are designed to match specific lengths and service life requirements.
· Connecting hardware (flanges) are also processed or procured to provide a greater selection range. Connection to vacuum pipes is also possible, which increases the design flexibility.
· We have a full lineup of catalog products that has been expanded for high-demand products.
· In addition to the highly sought after KF flanges, we also offer JIS vacuum flanges and CF flanges, etc.
· The lineup includes widely used molded bellows dies. We also develop new sizes while responding to quick-turnaround demands.
· In addition, we also offer circular bellows in different diameter sizes.
(i)Caution
- Some of the items are scheduled to be discontinued as of end of March in 2023. The manufacturer keep the items produced but they are not available with Misumi.
There are not the replacement items and the plan to resumption of sale. Please check the quotation and order screen for details.
