U Type Screw Style Speed Nut【1-2,000 Pieces Per Package】 (USN-5008)
Excellent workability and does not allow the nut to fall off due to it being initially pre-mounted on the panel end part.
[Features]
· The screw-type speed nut is a thin plate spring nut that has a screw part and a mounting part.
· Prevents falling from other objects using the spring effect from the mounting part.
· Lighter weight than weld nuts or caulked nuts, and aims for simplification to accommodate demand for relatively light tightening.
· Can be used when tools or hands are unable to hold the nut due to the mounting space.
· There is a float installed on the side that supports the panel, and this float plays the role of positioning and preventing the speed nut from falling.
· Excellent workability and does not allow the nut to fall off, etc. due to it being initially pre-mounted on the panel end part.
