Water Faucet Socket with Mechanical Fitting Seat for Stainless Steel Pipes (ZLTRS-13X15A)
A mechanical type tube fitting that has been developed for stainless steel pipes. A highly reliable fitting with superb corrosion and heat resistance that utilizes the full properties of lightweight and strong stainless steel piping.
[Features]
· Zlok® is a mechanical pipe fitting that has been developed for stainless steel piping.
· This highly reliable fitting benefits from the lightweight and strong properties of stainless steel pipes with superior corrosion and heat resistance properties.
· The packing seal has stable sealing properties over the long term due to its structure applying the appropriate pressure to the surface.
· A fluororubber is used in the packing material. The fluororubber packing has superior durability, heat resistance, and resistance to aqueous chlorine, which satisfies leaching standards when it is used in water supply systems.
· The connector between the pipe and the fitting has a tapered surface that is tightened using a nut. Therefore, a strong connecting force is achieved by the so-called wedge effect.
· The packing does not have to be removed from the fitting when installing the piping.
· In addition, because the pipe ends must be expanded in order to complete the piping, this also prevents the pipes from falling out.
· Loose piping can be easily checked using a unique indicator that distinguishes between hand tightened and fully tightened pipes.
· If the final tightening has been forgotten, water will leak from fittings during water pressure tests, which enables any loose pipes to be detected.
· Expanded pipes can be simply corrected using an automatic machine after the pipes have been set.
· The connection between the pipe and the fitting is not prone to shaking. Therefore, the pipes can easily be held and secured.
