·Heiwa Spring original product
·Disc spring washer specially designed for hexagon socket head cap bolts (cap bolts)
·Due to the large spring action, the axial force of the screw is sufficiently maintained.
·Since the axial force of the bolt is evenly supported around the bearing surface, no bending moment acts on the bolt.
·The method of use is the same as the JIS disk spring washer (2 types), but the CDW has serrations on the front and back, which further enhances the locking effect.
·There are no burrs on the inner and outer circumferences, so the burden of local stress can be reduced.
