Suspension Cup SUSP Type Socket
Stainless steel (SUS316) coupler that has undergone oil-free processing; uses sealing material that supports various types of chemical solutions in the semiconductor and physical/chemical industries.
[Features]
· SUSP type couplings have stainless steel SUS316 valve mechanisms provided in socket and plug parts and sealing materials compatible with various reagents for the semiconductor, biotechnology, and physics and chemical industries are used.
· High quality fitting that is corrosion resistant and inhibits chemical changes in organic solvents to a minimum.
· Both the main body and parts can be treated with electrolytic polishing, passivating, etc.
