Leveling Blocks U Model (U-13)
Compensates for sloped installation surfaces with a spherical receiver plate. Includes a horizontal deviation / vertical deviation preventing mechanism.
[Features]
· Compensates for sloped installation surfaces with a spherical receiver plate.
· The spherical part has undergone precision processing having with contact ratio of 70% or higher, enabling alignment to be performed easily. The displacement value in relation to the load is also very small.
· The product has a horizontal deviation / vertical deviation mechanism, is resistant to dynamic loads, and enables leveling to be performed quickly with a low level of torque.
· The thickness of each part is thick and can withstand abrupt loads.
· Can also be fixed using an anchor bolt.
· Ideal for vertical lathes, grinders, NC machine tools, various special devices, printing machines, etc.
