Reach Clamp (QLRC) (QLRC-08R-L)

With lever operation shaft protrudes and clamp engages. Shaft protrusion is free. With internal screw, regular clamping force can be obtained. This series CAD data is being revised. These revisions will be completed soon.

Reach Clamp Usage Example (Right-Action Type)

1. Unclamp

The workpiece is attached and removed when the clamp is unclamped.

2. Push out shaft

Push out the shaft to make contact with the workpiece.

3. Clamp

Turn the lever to the clamping position (120 degrees) to engage the clamp.

Usage Precautions For This Product

If the reaction force acting on the clamp surface (F) exceeds the clamping force, the clamp is released.
