2K Clamp CP2K Type (Part Numbers)
Sanitary clamp for medium and low pressure.
[Features]
・ ISO standard clamp union fittings are unions that are assembled by sandwiching a gasket with ferrules and tightening with a clamp
・ The union has a structure in which the inner surface of the pipe and the sealing surface match when tightened
・ The welded clamp union is joined to the sanitary pipe by argon arc TIG welding. The inner and outer diameter dimensions of the welded part are based on the dimensions of JIS G 3447 stainless steel sanitary pipe
・ The expandable clamp union uses a tube expander to expand the pipe and join the fitting
・ Welded type: 1.0 MPa or less, expandable type: 0.2 MPa or less
