Excellent chemical resistance. Excels in heat resistance and water resistance, and maintains high heat resistance and mechanical strength.
[Features]
• PEEK* is a thermoplastic super-engineering plastic offering excellent physical and chemical characteristics.
• Excellent chemical resistance.
• Virtually unaffected by chemicals other than concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid, and concentrated hydrogen fluoride.
• Product has superior heat resistance and water resistance properties and will maintain its strength in high temperatures.
• The product excels in abrasion resistance, shock resistance, and fatigue resistance.
• Heat resistance temperature: 180°C (UL certified temperature).
• Excellent flame retardancy that meets V-0 of UL standard 94.
• Suitable for chemical resistant applications such as FPD manufacturing equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, printed circuit board etching equipment, metal surface treatment facilities and chemical plants.
• Suitable for heat resistant applications such as hot water pumps and chemical pumps.
• Suitable for electrical and electronic fields such as transformers, and computer equipment.
