Coarse/Fine Motion Rotation Stages, TKSP/TAKS (TAKS-100)
A coarse-movement / micromotion rotating stage. The stage rotates by coarse movement by loosening the coarse-movement / micromotion changeover clamp. By tightening the clamp, the stage rotates by micromotion using the micrometer.
