[Features]
· PEEK is thermoplastic super-engineered plastic with excellent physical and chemical characteristics.
· Excellent chemical resistance. Virtually unaffected by chemicals other than concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid, and concentrated hydrogen fluoride.
· The product has excellent heat and water resistance properties and will maintain its strength in high temperatures. Superior abrasion, shock, and fatigue resistance.
· Heat resistance temperature: 180°C (UL certified temperature). Sufficient flame retardancy to meet V-0 of UL standard 94.
· For chemical resistance applications in FPD manufacturing equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, PCB etching equipment, metal surface treatment facilities, and chemical plants etc. For applications involving chemical and hot water pumps.
For electrical and electronic fields such as transformers and computer equipment, etc.
· Use in combination with nuts in order to resolve the cumulative pitch misalignment that develops during the molding process of PEEK screws. When not using a nut, the fit with the internal thread should be 20 mm or less.
