C Cap (C5)
[Features]
· When foreign objects or cut particles accumulate in the LM rail mount hole of the LM guide, these may infiltrate inside of the LM block.
· In such cases, foreign object infiltration can be prevented by blocking the LM rail mount hole using a dedicated cap.
· The LM rail mount hole dedicated cap C type uses a special synthetic resin with excellent oil resistance and abrasion resistance, which also provides it with sufficient durability.
· We carry standard inventory for the dedicated caps which is available in M3 to M22 bolts with hex holes.
· The method for inserting the dedicated cap into the mount hole consists placing a bracket flush against the cap and then slowly pushing it until the cap side is flush with the LM rail.
· Mount the LM rail mount hole dedicated cap C type without removing the LM block from the LM rail.
(i)Caution
- Some of the items are scheduled to be discontinued as of end of March in 2023. The manufacturer keep the items produced but they are not available with Misumi.
