Indexing Plunger - PDV
[Features]
· Index plunger to control the coming and going of the pin by turning the lever.
· Standardized three types of operational variations.
■ [PDV-A] [PDV-AK]-Standard Type
· The pin retracts into the body by turning the lever 90°.
· Turn the lever slightly and the pin returns to its original position via the action of the integrated spring.
■ [PDV-B] [PDV-BK]-Retention Type
· The pin retracts into the body by turning the lever 120°.
· The pin will not return, even if the lever is released while in the 120° position.
· Turn the lever slightly in the opposite direction and the pin will returned to its original position via the action of the integrated spring.
■ [PDV-C] [PDV-CK]-Lock Function Type
· The pin retracts into the body turning the lever 120°.
· The guide pin then fits into the slot on the main body, locking the unit with the pin retracted.
· To unlock, pull the lever out slightly and rotate it in the opposite direction.
· Turn the lever slightly and the pin returns to its original position via the action of the integrated spring.
■ [PDV-A] [PDV-B][PDV-C]-Without Lock Nut
· Use loosening prevention service.
■ [PDV-AK] [PDV-BK][PDV-CK]-With Lock Nut for Fixing.
(i)Caution
- Some of the items are scheduled to be discontinued as of end of March in 2023. The manufacturer keep the items produced but they are not available with Misumi.
There are not the replacement items and the plan to resumption of sale. Please check the quotation and order screen for details.
