Guide Ball Bushing, LG Type
The nut and shaft are sold separately. Use together with THK shaft and bushings (LG, LG-S). Shaft end is unprocessed.
[Features]
· Due to the provision of 4 circular arc grooves (rolling grooves), the LG type does not required a rotation stopper mechanism in the outer cylinder.
· Also, compared with the linear bushing LM type of the same size, the rated load is substantially higher.
· Hence, by replacing the linear bushing with a guide ball bushing, a more compact form, lower cost and longer life can be achieved.
· When compared to a linear bushing, the rated load of the UP: LG type, which has an R contact due to the use of a circular arc contact structure, is equivalent to the point-contact linear bushing LM
(i)Caution
- Some of the items are scheduled to be discontinued as of end of March in 2023. The manufacturer keep the items produced but they are not available with Misumi.
