Crossed Roller Ring (RE Shape), Divided Inner Ring (RE25040UUC1)
[Structure and features]
· Because this cross roller ring has a 90° V-groove shape with a rolling cylinder spacer retainer passing through the rotating surface in a mutual orthogonal arrangement, it can support all kinds of loads such as radial loads, axial loads, and moment loads with a single bearing. The outer ring measurements are minimized and compacted, but it still maintains high rigidity. For this reason, it is optimal for a variety of applications such as manufacturing robot joints and turning parts, machining center turning tables, manipulator rotating parts, precision rotary tables, medical equipment, measurement equipment, and IC manufacturing equipment.
· [Types and features]
· Although the main measurements of the RE shape are the same size as the RB shape, this model is used in areas where inner ring rotation accuracy is required.
(i)Caution
- Some of the items are scheduled to be discontinued as of end of March in 2023. The manufacturer keep the items produced but they are not available with Misumi.
