Crossed Roller Ring (RB Type) Outer Ring Division Type (RB20030CC0)
[Structure and features]
· Because this cross roller ring has a 90° V-groove shape with a rolling cylinder spacer retainer passing through the rotating surface in a mutual orthogonal arrangement, it can support all kinds of loads such as radial loads, axial loads, and moment loads with a single bearing. The outer ring measurements are minimized and compacted, but it still maintains high rigidity. For this reason, it is optimal for a variety of applications such as manufacturing robot joints and turning parts, machining center turning tables, manipulator rotating parts, precision rotary tables, medical equipment, measurement equipment, and IC manufacturing equipment.
· [Types and features]
· The RB shape features an outer ring divided into two parts and a single-piece inner ring structure, the basic format for a cross roller ring. Used in areas where inner ring rotation accuracy is required.
· Used for applications such as index table rotating parts for manufacturing machinery.
