Crossed Roller Guide VR Type (VR2) (VR2M-75HX13Z)
[Structure and features]
· The VR shape uses precision rollers inserted into mutually intersecting roller cages in combination with a dedicated rail with a 90° V-groove rolling surface. Two lines of cross roller guides are set up running parallel to one another, so loads can be added from 4 directions. Also, due to the preloading applied, the product has high rigidity with no gaps, and even provides a light sliding mechanism.
· [Types and features]
· The precision rollers inserted into mutually intersecting roller cages move the V-groove installed in the rail in just 1/2 of a stroke, providing a compact system with the high-level direct action of steel.
(i)Caution
- Some of the items are scheduled to be discontinued as of end of March in 2023. The manufacturer keep the items produced but they are not available with Misumi.
