SUMICON 230 Heater (SAM1310)
A thin, light, and flexible rubber heater in which both faces of the heating element are attached with a heat-resistant insulation layer. This heater is extremely thin with a maximum thickness of 1 mm, resulting in a fast temperature increases.
[Features]
· SUMICON 230 is an integrally-molded product in which glass cloth reinforced silicone rubber of approximately 1 mm thickness forms a thin insulation sheet onto which a highly reliable foil type heating element is precisely patterned.
· Additionally, heating element patterns can be designed as desired using custom specifications, enabling designs featuring perforations, localized heating, or other complex shapes to be to be made as needed for achieving a perfect fit on the workpiece while heating.
